At Bridgeway2Success, we believe every veteran deserves the opportunity to thrive in civilian life, but not every veteran can afford the training required to do so.
That’s where the VETS Program comes in.
This initiative provides fully funded or partially covered training opportunities for veterans who are ready to grow but lack the financial means to access professional development. Scholarships are made possible thanks to proceeds from our partner organization, Bridgeway International LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOSB) that donates a portion of every B2B training sale.
How the VETS Program Works
1. Businesses Enroll Their Teams
When a company purchases any of our 700+ live and online courses or team training programs through Bridgeway International, a portion of the proceeds is automatically earmarked for the VETS scholarship fund.
2. Bridgeway2Success Selects the Recipients
Veterans are nominated by community members, Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs), or apply directly through our nonprofit. We prioritize veterans in transition, underemployed, or those without access to GI Bill funding.
3. Veterans Receive Free or Training
Once selected, veterans can access life-changing training in fields like:
Leadership & management
Digital literacy & IT
Workplace professionalism
Entrepreneurship & career transition
4. Progress Is Supported
Every veteran also gets access to mentorship, accountability check-ins, and our Career Success Champion network to stay motivated and succeed.

Why This Matters
When one veteran is trained, an entire community is strengthened.
Most training funds come from employers, institutions, or the GI Bill, but not every veteran qualifies or has access.
The VETS Program fills the gap with no red tape, no waitlists, and no confusing applications.
Whether it’s a veteran in your church, workplace, or neighborhood, you can help give them a bridge to success.
